Words with an initial capital letter have meanings defined below. The same meaning applies whether they appear in singular or plural.

- Account means a website portal account and/or a linked game account You create to access parts of the Service.
- Country refers to: United States. Our game and related infrastructure are hosted in North America East (NA East), United States.

- Game account username, character-related identifiers, sex flag, and birthdate (used for account recovery and in-game confirmation flows)
- Support ticket subjects, messages, and attachments You submit
- Donation / cash-shop order details (items purchased, amounts, status) when those features are enabled
2.2 Usage Data
Usage Data is collected automatically when You use the Service. It may include Your Device's Internet Protocol address (IP address), browser type and version, pages visited, time and date of visits, time spent on pages, referring URLs, operating system, device identifiers, and diagnostic or security logs.
When You connect to the game server, We may also collect connection metadata reasonably needed to operate, secure, and moderate the game (for example account ID, IP address, session timing, and anti-abuse signals).
2.3 Tracking technologies and cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to run the Website and keep You signed in.
- Session / authentication cookies. Used to keep You logged into the portal after You sign in. These are essential for account features.
- Preference storage.Theme preference (light/dark) is stored in Your browser's local storage on Your Device, not as a tracking cookie.
We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies. If We add analytics or marketing cookies later, We will update this Policy and, where required, request consent.
You can instruct Your browser to refuse cookies. If You refuse essential cookies, You may be unable to use account features that require login.

- Service Providers. Hosting, database, email delivery (for example transactional email providers), and payment processors when donations or digital purchases are enabled. These parties may process Personal Data only to perform services for Us.
- Payments. If You make a purchase, payment card details are handled by the payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

Game logs and Usage Data are generally kept for shorter operational periods unless needed longer for security, abuse investigation, or legal reasons.
If You request deletion of Your Account, We will delete or anonymize Personal Data We no longer need, subject to backups, legal holds, and records We must keep (for example prior purchase records or ban history needed to prevent abuse).
6. Transfer of Your Personal Data
Your information is processed in North America East (NA East), United States and may be processed in other locations where our Service Providers operate. Data protection laws in those places may differ from those in Your jurisdiction.

We use commercially reasonable measures to protect Personal Data (including hashed passwords and access controls). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and We cannot guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for keeping Your passwords confidential. Staff will never ask for Your password. Enable unique passwords and protect Your email account, which is used for recovery.
8. Children's privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under 13. If You believe a child under 13 has provided Us Personal Data, contact Us and We will take steps to delete it.
